    • We provide consultancy support for CBSE affiliation, documentation, SARAS portal navigation, inspection preparation, branding, and related educational services.
    • Our guidance is advisory in nature and does not replace official CBSE regulations or government notifications.
    • Participation in webinars, workshops, or training sessions is subject to registration and availability.
    • We are an independent consultant and assist the schools in getting affiliation as per norms. We are nowhere linked with any officials.
  1. Client Responsibilities
    • Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for documentation and affiliation processes.
    • Clients are responsible for timely submission of documents to CBSE and other authorities.
    • Consultancy advice should be implemented ethically and in compliance with CBSE norms.
  1. Intellectual Property
    • All materials, including presentations, flyers, maps, and MoU drafts, are the property of M4S unless otherwise stated.
    • Clients may use these materials only for their school’s internal purposes. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.
  1. Payment and Refund Policy
    • Consultancy fees must be paid as per agreed terms before services are delivered.
    • Refunds are not applicable once documentation or inspection preparation services have commenced.
    • Webinar fees, if charged, are non‑refundable after registration confirmation.
  1. Testimonials and Branding
    • By sharing testimonials, clients grant us permission to use them on our website, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Branding support (flyers, maps, cinematic visuals) is customized for each client but remains subject to copyright protection.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    • We strive for accuracy and transparency, but we do not guarantee CBSE approval or affiliation outcomes, as these depend on CBSE’s independent evaluation.
    • We are not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.
  1. Confidentiality
    • All client information, documents, and communications are treated with strict confidentiality.
    • We do not share client data with third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.
  1. Third‑Party Links and Tools
    • Our website may include links to CBSE portals or external resources. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
  1. Changes to Terms
    • We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
  1. Governing Law
